Funny, and sad, Above the Law article about email exchange between two Florida attorneys on opposite sides of a Volkswagen warranty claim suit. Things get pretty tenuous and I’m not impressed with the way either conducted themselves… so word of caution to all you lawyers, young and old out there, be careful about what you say and write in email, and take the high road.
