Moss and "the Mask" →
It doesn’t get much better than this.  As Extra Points and Boston.com write, the Pats had one of their more endearing moments this past sunday during a one-sided beatdown of the Jacksonville Jaguars.  A 12 year old boy, a mask, and his first ever Pats game lead to a moment that he, and many of us, will never forget.

First off Hannah Teter is a great rider, as are her brothers who are pros as well.  Hannah is from Vermont, also home to Ben & Jerry’s factory as well, so this flavor is literally home grown!  And let’s not forget that this is a charitable effort as well- Hannah’s Gold will benefit from the proceeds of this flavor, which will help a impoverished village of  20,000 people in...

Hacking Smart Phones "1.0"  →
Of course wherever there is technology there are those that would use it to make money illegally, exploiting peoples trust and vulnerability. I’ve always wondered why Hackers would hurt others on such a massive scale, and with a maliciousness that presses the imagination to create diabolical ideas of evil men in basements full of computers typing code that brings the world down.  Guess the...

BBC News - School suspends 'legal high' trio →
I found this interesting. On one hand, this school, which seems to be for Science Specialists, looks to be prestigious and it appears these kids have everything going for them but yet they still give in to the intrigue and enticement offered by mind-altering substances. On the other hand, if it’s legal, are these children being punished for no reason?  If it can be purchased on the...

Social Media a “jump-starter” for solo practicing attorney, and can work for anyone.  This is a great article in Law Trends & News Practice Area Newsletter email for the ABA’s General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Division I recently recieved.  It’s a testimony to the smart use of social media technology to launch or build a practice.

The reef takes up approximately one hectare (almost 2 1/2 acres), sits approximately 225 meters (246 yards) off shore, and is built with large sand-filled geo-textile bags.
