Legal Counsel:

A third generation Attorney, Patrick has counseled small business and startups on numerous issues, represented Buyers, Sellers, and borrowers during the refinance or purchase and sale of real estate, and has provided counsel on Consumer Protection and Residential Landlord and Tenant matters as well. 

An entrepreneur and social media marketer, Patrick has experience assisting law firms and non-profits with their online inbound marketing efforts across a variety of web platforms.  You can also connect with Mr. Maddigan across many of the popular social media sites, where he maintains his friendships and business connections alike. 

A member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and American Bar Association, Patrick also currently serves as a Corporator for Eastern Bank, the largest independent, mutually owned bank in New England. 

Patrick T. Maddigan, Esq.

Former Director of Operations and Business Development for TitleHub Closing Services, LLC.

Patrick T. Maddigan, Esq. joined TitleHub Closing Services, LLC in its infancy as the Director of Operations & Business Development to oversee the building of the business and now manages its day to day operations. The firm achieved great success in a short time and is still operated by its principals.  During that time Patrick was also a contributor and researcher for The Massachusetts Real Estate Law Blog- the top ranked legal blog in real estate law in the country.   

Education:

Patrick earned his law degree with honors from Suffolk University Law School, while serving as Director of Student Affairs for the Student Bar Association and holding leadership positions in numerous student organizations.  Patrick received Dean’s List status every semester while at Suffolk Law and earned the Jurisprudence Award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law.  Patrick was a staff writer for DICTA, the law school paper, as well as Vice-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association, where he and fellow officers consistently brought in speakers of stature and excellence in the field.  Patrick was also an active member of the Environmental Law Society, the Business Law Society, Irish Law Society, Alternative Dispute Resolution Association, the Phil Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and the Suffolk Law Softball (Vice-President) and Basketball Club. 

Patrick excelled in numerous oral and written advocacy competitions while at Suffolk Law, including finishing as a semi-finalist in the prestigious Tom C. Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition, as a finalist in the ABA’s Intra-School Negotiation Competition, and as winner of his LPS section’s Best Oral Advocate Award.  As a third year student, Patrick also worked as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Housing and Consumer Protection Clinic, part of Suffolk Law’s nationally ranked clinical programs, providing landlord-tenant aide, eviction counsel, Consumer Protection action, and post-foreclosure eviction defense to qualifying Chelsea residents. 

Patrick earned his undergraduate B.A. as an Economics major at The Johns Hopkins University, where he played Division III Football and was a 4 year captain of the Club Lacrosse team.  He also served as the Chapter Secretary and other leadership positions for the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternal and Literary Society.    

Personal:

Patrickcurrently lives in South Boston, however growing up on Cape Cod, in Falmouth, MA, he still likes spends most of his free summer time on his Boston Whaler in the waters of Vineyard Sound and Buzzard’s Bay; “Mischief” is moored in the village of Woods Hole where he spent much of his childhood.  Patrick continues to be an avid lacrosse player participating with clubs in local leagues and tournaments year round.  During the winter months Patrick can often be found on his snowboard, where he enjoys riding with friends and family all across New England.
